MeridianX provides IT and ecommerce services, including but not limited to web and application development, ecommerce store setup, IT consulting and integration, digital marketing and SEO, PR and growth services, and payment/merchant account setup support. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate written scope of work or quote agreed upon between MeridianX and the client prior to the start of work.

3. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this website by any third party. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, servers, or networks.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of MeridianX unless otherwise noted, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Deliverables produced for a client under a paid engagement are governed by the ownership terms specified in that engagement's written agreement; unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment, while MeridianX retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.

5. Project Scope, Quotes & Changes

All quotes are based on the information provided by the client at the time of the request and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Work begins only after a written scope and quote have been accepted. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may be treated as a change order, subject to additional fees and timeline adjustments, communicated to the client before additional work begins.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposits, milestone payments, and final balances, are specified in each client's individual quote or contract. Recurring services (such as marketing retainers or ongoing management) are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in pausing of services until the account is brought current. Please see our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, accurate business information, and any content, credentials, or access required to complete the engaged services. Delays caused by incomplete or delayed client input may affect project timelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeridianX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific engagement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted or error free.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an active service engagement in accordance with the terms specified in the applicable written agreement. MeridianX reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our website for any user who violates these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from services provided by MeridianX shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
